Local Vegas Legal Support, Inc. is a non-profit organization serving the local Vegas community through a legal platform.

LVLS, Inc. builds membership through local outreach, sponsorship and networking events because we want to support legal professionals in their role, while offering connections and encouraging engagement.

​​

LVLS, Inc. intends to bridge the gap between the professional world and the forgotten local community, partnering with other small businesses and their brand to collectively build a solid foundation of Youth Outreach, Legal Education and Certification that will enrich the local Vegas community.

IDENTIFYING THE NEED FOR LEGAL SUPPORT SERVICES

Ms. Camay researched local legal support organizations in the local Vegas community and realized there isn’t any professional organization or association that offers legal support to legal assistants, legal secretaries and paralegals. Relocating to any jurisdiction in the legal field requires tools, resources and tangible processes and procedural information to be successful in a legal support position.

This not-for-profit organization is passionate about building bridges and connecting legal professionals, creating life-long relationships within the community that offer relevant substance to its members through quarterly meetings and annual events.

YOUTH OUTREACH IS VITAL TO THE FUTURE OF LOCAL VEGAS

According to a study by the US Census Bureau for Vegas in 2013-2017 only 23.2% of people 25 and older hold a Bachelors Degree or higher.​

​​

  • In the 2015-2016 School Year, Nearly 15,000 Student Were Homeless

  • Vegas Holds the Third Highest Number of Homeless Youth in the Nation

  • The Highest Paying Job for Vegas Residents is in the Legal Field

​

This organization believes it can impact the homeless and undereducated youth in the local community by partnering with organizations such as the Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth and the Title 1 Hope Program, by introducing them to the possibilities of a career in the legal field.

​

This association will create outreach programs that will target UNLV,

William S. Boyd School of Law, Northwest Career College and College of Southern Nevada.
