OUR TEAM
As President of the National Workplace Bullying Coalition and President of Local Vegas Legal Support Association, Inc., I turn that commitment into education, community leadership, and legislative advocacy. I am building relationships with local and state legislators to advance the proposed Dignity At Work Act and encourage its introduction and support during Nevada’s 2027 legislative session. My goal is to help establish meaningful protections against workplace bullying and psychological abuse, with accountability for harmful conduct. I bring professional experience, lived experience, and a determined voice to this effort—because earning a paycheck should never come at the expense of someone’s dignity. This is how I put “Making a Difference and Impacting the World” into action.

As host of The Boss Ladies Breakroom podcast on my Ms. Camay International YouTube channel, I bring women together for honest conversations about personal growth, financial literacy, and building a family legacy. We talk about finding our footing, protecting our peace, and putting ourselves in a position to build generational wealth. I also give fellow boss ladies a platform to spotlight their expertise, share the story behind their brands, and introduce their businesses to an audience ready to learn, connect, and support women doing big things.
As an author and speaker, I bring experience, candor, and a little Ms. Camay sparkle to the stage and my community. I share the lessons I’ve earned, ask questions that get people thinking, and celebrate women making bold moves of their own. My purpose is to Educate. Inspire. Empower. “Making a Difference and Impacting the World” is the heartbeat of Ms. Camay International. I built this company to put my knowledge, voice, and experience to work for people. Whether I’m helping a family prepare important documents, supporting a business owner’s next chapter, or advocating for dignity in the workplace, I want my work to leave people better informed, more confident, and empowered to move forward. Meet Ms. Camay
I bring a little sparkle, a lot of backbone, and a heart that shows up for people. My style has flair, my standards are high, and my attention to detail is serious business. That’s signature Ms. Camay.
I founded Ms. Camay International as a “client-first company” because people deserve to feel seen, heard, and respected. Behind every document is someone’s business, family, future, or fresh start. That means my work begins with listening—and continues with care, preparation, and follow-through.
As a Registered Document Preparer and paralegal consultant, I bring more than 20 years of civil litigation experience to the table. Supporting attorneys in insurance defense and business litigation taught me to ask thoughtful questions, stay organized, and pay attention to the details that others might overlook. Those habits are part of who I am, both professionally and personally. My educational journey includes an Associate of Arts in Legal Studies, and a Bachelor of Science in Legal Support and Services from Purdue University Global. I believe in continuing to learn, stretching yourself, and giving your experience a purpose. Credentials matter to me—and so does what I do with them.
My work in workplace bullying education and advocacy comes from a deeply personal place. I know what it means to have your confidence tested at work—and what it takes to reclaim your voice, strengthen your boundaries, and move forward with purpose. That experience fuels my determination to help others recognize harmful conduct, document their experiences, and regain their footing. It also drives my commitment to making dignity at work a priority here in Nevada.
